Booking/Deposit
Appointments are not confirmed until required deposit.
Deposit is nonrefundable but can be transferred over to reschedules one time.
Remaining balance is due at the end of service appointment
Late Policy
All clients have a 15 min grace period .
I will reach out once your grace period has passed.
After 20 minutes if there's no communication I reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
BRIDAL CLIENTS REFER TO CONTRACT.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of your deposit .A new deposit will require to book another appointment .
Extra Guest
To keep the studio comfortable and allow me to focus on your appointment. No extra guest .
If you need to bring a child I understand I'm a mom too so please just let me know before hand (the space is small so no more than 1 child )
Client Prep
For Makeup :
If you're not on a prescribed skin care routine please come in with a washed face with no products . A photo of inspiration isn't required but suggested . Communication is everything and this gives us a chance to make sure your desired look is achieved .
Hair clients will be shampooed and dried .
